Note 1: For dinner meetings, each local council provides Beer, Wine, Pop, Water and coffee at a nominal fee which goes to each respective 3rd degree council.
Note 2: For dinner meetings , each local council is responsible to set up tables and chairs as required for the caterer to serve the food.
Note 3: Each parish 4th degree coordinator is responsible to contact the FN to give a dinner count on the Monday prior to the dinner meeting.
Note 4: The FN is responsible to contact the caterer with a final total dinner count at least 3 days prior to the dinner and to remind the caterer of the date, time and location.
Note 5: The Purser is responsible to collect moneys from the members and ladies following the dinner and pay the caterer in cash.
